"Terrible customer service. We decided to go a different route with insurance, and they couldn't ignore us more when we had questions about any refunds and that everything was transferred correctly. Charged us after things were cancelled because they "didn't see our correspondence" or just forgot. So, we then had to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund check. Instead of reaching out to our agent who ignored us about a refund check, I went through the customer service chat. And what do you know, crickets again. This is the most unprofessional and rude agent and company I have ever done insurance business with. I have a text out to them about the check and asked them to advise it was received.... And now I wait for no response.

Your response proves how unprofessional you are. You are making this a personal matter when I only left it about business. By the way, I still haven't received a response regarding my inquiry.... Like I stated I wouldn't get one in my review. I have a complaint out to the company and the BBB regarding this response and the lovely personal text message I received. I hope they have training you can brush up on for your customer service skills and separating business from personal life.
* Responding again 1/21/26. She deleted what she originally said but of course I had to screen shot it. Your information regarding the matter is incorrect. I also had a text out on 7/1 because I didn’t hear back on the 30th, that was ignored along with a voicemail I left."

"Horrible service. The office helper that wrote my business policy had no idea what she was doing. First off she listed my mailing address as a PO box in Sydney Ne. Ive never been to Sydney or have a PO box, so I never recieved a policy in the mail or letters from underwriting stating that needed more information. A fact that she is claiming that I provided that address information to them... No, I did not. I looked it up, its for a plumbling and heating company in Sidney. The office lady who took my previous policy to get their coverage limits never did submit my worker compensation policy, which was part of the policy that I had submitted to them. I sent the agent multiple texts informing her I had not heard back from underwriting, Asking for updates for my general and workers comp insurance, nothing. If she would have responded and followed up on any of my texts my policy would not have been canceled, leaving me to scramble for coverage.(I just found out about the workers comp a couple days ago). So many more issues with that agency. I did not give up on State farm though, I found another agent who was willing to put the work into getting me coverage. The new agent can see the urgency of my situation and is willing to do what they can to help. My business insurance policy was canceled in march, that agency putting my mailing address at a PO box in Sydney NE, I had no idea for 3 MONTHS. Unacceptable!!"

"This agent caused significant stress to a loved one of mine, by being entirely inaccessible to help handle a claim over the course of EIGHT MONTHS. When confronted in writing (since my loved one couldn’t reach Ms. Spencer any other way despite numerous attempts), this agent made no effort to remedy the situation. Instead, she suggested my loved one should just find a different insurance agent. Unacceptable."
